Multi-User Licenses

Multi-user licenses of the program are available for firms that will have more than one user. These licenses give your company the ability to use and update the program at the same time. All of the information pertaining to the various client or company engagements is maintained in a database that can be accessed by other computers or workstations on the network. Any information entered or modified by one user is instantly available by other users within the network.

Additionally, security levels are available that allow the administrator to assign different levels of access to the program users. There are four different security levels:

  • Administrative rights: Gives full access to all parts of the program, including assignments of user levels.
  • Editing rights: Cannot create or modify custom tasks, modify users, or change certain program options.
  • Restricted editing: Cannot delete, extend or mark a job completed. Cannot modify the client information. They can add new jobs and mark then as received.
  • View only: Limited to viewing rights only or printing reports.

The software works on peer to peer system, a dedicated file server, terminal services and citrix environments.
