Quick access to information

TaskTracker is designed to provide critical due date information at a quick glance from the main window. Over 20 different Job Fields are shown in the main window to provide you with the information needed to help manage your due date, extensions, workflow, clients and staff.

Easy to update jobs

All job updates such as completed jobs, extensions, and job responsibility can be updated from the main screen simply by selecting a choice from the toolbar. Due Dates, extension dates, year-ends are computed automatically for virtually any type of tax or accounting job.

Jobs are automatically rolled forward to the next period

Once a job is completed then a new job is automatically created for the next year or next quarter whichever is appropriate. The completed job is maintained in the database and historical reports can be obtained on those whenever needed.

Sorting and filter options

By using the filter and sorting options, you can show only the jobs that are relevant at the moment, i.e., by date range, partner, job type etc.
