Dynamic Display and Reporting

TaskTracker has a multitude of display and reporting options. By choosing among numerous filtering and sorting choices the user can display and print reports in a variety of different ways. Choose to display and print by date ranges, responsibility, tasks, task status, client and any combination thereof.

Job Filters

You can filter on any field in the database. One most common use for this function is to allow the user to see at a glance all of the projects that are currently In Process. Additionally, all of the projects for a particular client could be screened. Or if you just were curious about how many 1040's you prepared, you could obtain this information in seconds.

Sorting Selections

You can choose to sort on any field, allowing for a quick and easy method of prioritizing your workflow. The program allows sorting on 3 different levels to give you the exact order you desire.

Custom Reports

Setup multiple reports to show only the information that is useful to you and your firm. Those reports can be custom designed by you to give information that is important to you.
