Viewing Options

Filters Options

TaskTracker makes it easy to change the information displayed or printed. Most of the fields can be "filtered" from the main screen by using one of the drop-down choices. By selecting one of these or a combination of several filters you can limit the records to the jobs you need to see. You can filter on almost every field so that you can display and print reports in dozens of different formats, e.g., filter by date range, partner, manager, staff, client, task etc.

Sorting Options

There are three levels of sorting available to get the information in the order you want to see it. The fields can be sorted from the main screen by clicking at the top of the column you want to be the primary sort. Additionally, you can sort by accessing the viewing options screen to refine the level 2 and level 3 sort.
